I forgot to add information about Neem which provides temperory relief.

I used to take one 15-20 Neem leaves everyday and eat it raw every morning before consuming anything else.
This provided temperory relief, The worms did not die, but appears it paralyzed them. Itching very less but I did feel
the worms at night. Stopping the neam leaves for few days caused the problem again. Maybe you can try this procedure till you find the medicine.

We had Neem tree, You maybe able to find neem juice if you cannot find leaves.

Once you find the cure, post it for others benefit.
