I have been on Jarrow's S. Boulardii + MOS for close to 5 months. I can say that SB is by far the most potent pro-biotic I have taken. It has been working great improving my bowel movements, energy, and sleep.

I was initially taking 20-30 billion units a day but now only take less then 5 billion. I have an unusual side effect from taking SB in large doses. I will get extremely painful skin on random body parts, back of arms, thighs, groin, etc. The skin has no signs of inflammation but are extremely painful.

I was very excited by all of the initial improvements but cannot keep going due to the above symptoms.

I have many theories on why this is happening but I must take it slow at this point.
