Took 1/4 of a Drenatrophin PMG tablet before breakfast.

I can feel it already. Perhaps a sense of calm and 'smoothness'.

Any tips on using glandular extract?

Cycles? Days on or off? Long-term use OK in your experience? Tolerance? Does it cause withdrawls / atrophy... or does it actually 'rebuild' the adrenals as some practitioners claim?
