I havent tried the liverflush yet as it looks horribly complicated and I'm trying to do all the simple stuff first lol.

My research has lead me to over-self-gratification, I'm going to try NoFap for 90 days, have gone 3.5 days at this point and have noticed improvement already which may be placebo but had tried this a while ago and got 2 weeks in and definitely had reduced symptoms back then as well, wish me luck :)

Please research over-self-gratification and NoFap if you have my symptoms and are a male (may also be important for females, I really don't know though). Best of luck to us all :D
