So perhaps I should be taking the extra B5 for my adrenals or take that along with a really good B Complex?

When I salt push, usually the second round of salt & water makes me very chilled inside. I feel like I'm freezing to death, more cold than my normal hypoT cold. Is this just the salt pushing poisons from my system?
