An important reason is because the device to track the presence of the pathogens, by resonance, is NOT officially liked and it will always be bitched (while used in military and space programs) otherwise it will mean Hulda Clark was right, and people could be CURED, yes, internet scanners, CURED easily, instead of pain managing meds (and of course, it will mean that the Conspiracy was true).
