Interesting. What would you say to so many people who claim after starting oat or other fiber with time their guts have been becoming more and more senseless so they have been needing more and more fiber till they reach the point when fiber is not easing their constipation at all?

And also. Inulin and other synthetic fiber is known to feed the bad bacteria. Are you pro or against inulin and other synthetic fiber?
