I am one of the few people here (may the only one)who has not done surgery with a 2.8cm stone. Have been here more than 10 years on the forum. Did close to 100 flushes over many years.
Around 2008 stopped flushing and put bitters on my tongue with
every meal. Use some ES every day. A few times a year when my gallbladder acts up I use 1 tbs ES in warm water (and some stevia drops for taste), if I don't feel better in 20 minutes I take a 2nd tbs.
