The best tolerated foods are chicken, lamb, pears, avocado and rice. If you have a candida problem then a very small portion of brown rice would be better than white but rice is not brilliant for candida but you have to eat. If you get on a suitable anti fungal then your intolerances should improve and you should start to be able to tolerate other foods like turnip, ground almond and almond milk (home made), emu oil which is anti fungal and full of omegas and cucumbers without skins and coconut oil, be careful if you have IBS symptoms, don't take it go slow because of the acid reflux as you may worsen it. You should be able to tolerate at the moment rice bran oil at about 1/2 tea spoon a day and it is packed with vitamin e and gamma oryzannol which is anti inflammatory, build up to 1 teaspoon a day, can take 6 months to work. Take rice bran oil at different times of day to taking medications, 2 hours apart. Hubner silicea gastrointestinal gel is brilliant for acid reflux and killing candida. You may have to take high laxatives for the first days as with candida it can constipate, movicol plain laxative is suitable for people with lots of intolerances and then when the silicea starts to work you can reduce the movicol and stop it. Biocare do a multi vitamin for the intolerant individual. Biocare do calcium phosphate which is usually very well tolerated by people with sensitivities. Higher nature do a vitamin d in a tiny bit of sunflower oil and these are all good for the intolerant person. Sometimes some people have to try different anti fungals when they have severe sensitivities and intolerances such as you do to find when they can take without causing to many side effects. My son could not tolerate nystatin or fluconazole at first. His intolerances were so severe that he was just taking between 2 and 4 droplets and eventually it became resistant and stopped working, but because I had him on the rice bran oil and feeding him a diet of rice, chicken and avocado which he could tolerate he eventually healed his inflammation enough to take fluconazole and now he eats more products, he was also on zantac which is not brilliant but health problems have to be addressed and not ignored even if you have candida, you have to heal your insides. I don't like probiotics, I don't like them as they created his problems and calcium citrate burned his insides. I do really like silicea at the moment.
