Your chasing a symptom not a cause remember that, the Mayo clinic says that hypoglycemia is a symtom of a bigger problem
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/hypoglycemia/DS00198
Also, you need to look up and understand the word sub-clinical - your blood Sugar might be in range based on a medical journal, but their ranges are wide, and every person is different. A friend of mines blood Sugar is always classed as low on those metres, however she is perfectly healthy.
AF Doctors believe hypoglycemia is caused by endocrine disruption (that the mayo clinic agree with according to their page), and thus fluctuating cortisol and liver glycogen livers can all cause reactions similar to what you are experiencing.
I think you need to do a bit more reading and learn to understand how the bodys systems relate to one another - its not something someone can answer for you, as its taken many of us many months and years reading wealths of information to understand how it all works, far to much to type, and as with anything, its all open to intepretation - as if there was a definitive cure, well, we would have this forum :)
The FallSafe diet - addresses the majority of issues, talk to Faith110 for more help on this, she is guru when it comes to diets and mast cell disorders.
