I would never have thought to receive so many reply :)
I don't know if adrenal fatigue exist, but I recognize many of the symptoms on me.
Here, in Italy If I spoke to doctor about AF, he would consider me hypochondriac for sure.
The chocolate can be a problem, but I had the headache and red eyes when I started to eat dairy product again.
Now I eat them, but the only thing I notice is that I don't feel well, I have stomach and bowel distension.
However, I don't know if it is a dairy problem or histamine or something else.
It's strange because I have never had food intolerance, why I have all this problems now?
In my opinion can be a low body cortisol the reason.
The only cortisol I done is 24h urine cortisol:
24h URINARY CORTISOL 39.00 µg/24h [4.3 - 176]
Another thing, I wake up with stomach tension in the morning.
I have always sore throat and mucus that disappear after 1 hour.
I find that raised pillow help not to have this problem, I think that something irritate stomach and bed position worsens the situation.
But this doesn't explain why my stomach problem disappear completely with vitamin C.
So it is really histamine or food intolerance.
I see that during the day I become more perfectionist, more obsessive.
During the night I do nightmares and I read that can be connected with food or histamine.
The real problem is that here I can't test histamine :(
Is there any other expedient to check my level without testing?
Thank you very much for the help.
I hope to get out of this problem.
