Hmm ok! I will try a higher dose of st. john, finish the bottle and then give saffron a go.. Still looking for any suggestions on thyroid supplementation... Any takers?? I would rather take armour bc its natural but not sure I will get full benefit.. Has anyone had low t3 only and took something for it?
