1.5 Days of Sleep? Was this a good thing or a bad thing?

Like, was it a relaxing, pleasant sleep or the kind of exhausting, dangerous sleep were you wonder whether you will ever wake up or fall into a coma sleep?

As far as Iodine in foods and herbs etc, what foods and herbs are you referencing in particular?
