As mentioned on your other thread before our curezone troll lunched in again, it sounds like Reactive Hypoglycmeia, and/or insulin resistance. I am exactly the same, i am fine till I eat something, and then I go completely hyper for 10 minutes to an hour, then it calms down. You can be tested for this by your doctor in the form of a 24 hour glucose tolerance test, and a three day fast with regular blood Sugar monitoring, this is how it was confirmed to me, but medical professions in a hospital, not a quack selling me supplements!

It will get better as health improves, you just need to find the triggers and avoid them, eventually you will be able to reintroduce the bad food back in. I would look at the failsafe diet as a starting block, as this would also aid histamine issues, which are normally caused by either low levels or cortisol, but more likely a subclinical mast cell disorder
