Hi,
I report a message that I wrote in a wrong section.
Can I ask you an information about adrenal fatigue?
Is there a link between chocolate intolerance and adrenal fatigue?
After 10/15 minute I ate dark chocolate, I start to sweat underarm and have photophobia.
The same thing happens with coffee.
Can be a surge of adrenaline and low cortisol?
Another case of the same problem is when I sit to eat lunch or dinner.
I notice that, as soon as I eat the first bite, I start to have tight neck and photophobia.
For one hour after meal I have hyperactivity and a bit of anxiety.
It's strange because I can stay 3 hour without heating and I am very calm, the problem starts after.
Now, I'm reading a book "the Mood Cure" that recommends to test food intolerance.
I haven't eat dairy product for one week, that on Sunday I ate a lot of milk, cheese, yogurt, parmesan, ricotta and I have lateral headache (type stabbing), red tension eyes and a bit of bowel problem (distension).
This week, I'm eating regularly these products, I don't have headache but the feeling isn't good.
Can be an intolerance? In my family no one have food intolerance and I always eat milk.
Can be a coincidence?
My idea now is not to eat histamine food, because cheese contain also a lot histamine and I don't know if it is a dairy intolerance or Histamine Intolerance .
I live in Italy so I have to face the fact that no laboratory can test whole blood histamine.
Do you know a natural way to test it? Any idea?
Thanks for the help
