Lately I have been have diarrhea. Today I noticed a small piece of stool that had what looked like brown kiwi seeds in it. I have not had any kiwis in my diet. But after thinking maybe they could be some sort of egg I took a picture. The flash of the phone was able to light the stool up much clearer and looked much more like eggs than seeds. They appear to be pretty consistent in pattern not random like some other pictures I've seen. Also notice the slight lighter discoloration around each "egg/seed" Also for scale the white lines in the background are the prongs to a regular plastic fork. Below is a picture. Any ideas what these could be?

Only supplements I'm taking is a multivitamin, fish oil, and flax seed oil
