Hi Helmax, would you mind posting again what you did to rid yourself of candida overgrowth? I think I read on a post that you took garlic and caprylic acid. I'm interested to know what else you ate and when you ate it and how much, if you have time to share. I did not do the cleanse, but I am taking 1-2 cloves of raw garlic with meals, taking probiotics randomly (as I'm not sure if I should take them with meals or hours from meals) and also taking about 1 tsp a day of coconut oil with a meal. Thanks!
