Low TSH can be indicative of high T4, but can also be indicative of too low Iodine or too low tyrosine. Really, you cannot tell from the TSH.
Apart from your lab results: how are you feeling? Are you hyper? Hypo? Or both? Or alternating? It really doesn't matter: concentrate on making your body healthy by giving it everything it needs. Then your body fill fix you.
If I were you, and I'm NOT , so I don't know how I'd feel, I would start the iodoral, selenium, magnesium, vitamin C, salt pushes. But I would also take a hard look at my diet: is everything in there? Give some thought to the fat-soluble vitamins ( K2 MK4, A, D, E). The modern diet is very low in those. Also, do you get enough amino acids? Without them, your body cannot make T3 or T4. Or without zinc, .... Weston price is a good place to start for diet info: westonaprice.org.
Healing yourself is about more then just taking a supplement I feel. But on the other hand: without Iodine and this forum, I wouldn't be where I am now. Iodine definitely was the missing nutrient for me.
There's a lot to learn. It will take time to figure it out.
