I also have ear aches, and they tend to come after eating carbs/sugar, which I'm going to try to reduce but not eliminate (I can't b/c I lost so much weight I'm already too thin, 102-105 lbs and 5'6"). I use a garlic clove in my ear and that almost always helps, but since the MCS gives me a weird reaction.

Are you on a candida protocol, and if so, has it helped? I am going to try colostrum, but I'm not responding well to many supplements, so I haven't even tried herbs. Though I don't think I have trouble w/coconut oil, but have avoided it while I've been on this Elimination Diet for 3.5 wks. It's high salicylates, and that could be a problem right now...not totally sure. I will look for Dr. Bakker's page.

I found an integrative dr. that I meet w/again in a month. He has great reviews, so I really hope he can help. He thinks he can.
