Are there herbal remedies for possible B12 deficiency and Anemic issues?

I had to have some blood work several months ago and my flag for anemia was triggered as well as possible B12 deficiency. IRONIC...I was eating lots of meat...proving meat doesnt fix the issue of B12 like meat eaters will say vegans have B12 deficiency...NOT TRUE

It might be an absorption issue, any thoughts?

I really want to fix in a natural way...not fake vitamins that dont address the real issue.
