I would agree that two bottles is going to be a drop in the bucket. It took me two years of fighting them regularly and taking a whole lot more than was recommended on the bottle to diminish the colony enough to have a quality life again. The DE is a good idea, and a very inexpensive option, but it constipated me something awful, even with prunes, sesame seeds and psysllium I needed an enema. And it is very important to keep your bowels moving to get the rotting corpses out of the body.
