Actually I just went ON benzos but this was happening before that. I was addicted to Xanax before, I tapered off very slowly. I was having terrible anxiety/panic and had to take the klonopin... otherwise I wouldn't have wanted to go on.

Fortunately the swings are getting smaller and smaller now.

I think I've been on it for about 5 weeks now.

I'm in week 2 of Dr Lam, I'm mostly just taking Vit C and detox stuff and his strict diet.
