A simple test to see if you have enough vitamin C for health is to take vitamin C until a saturation state exists and results in voluntary diarrhea. If you go beyond 20 grams a day, and there is no over flow of vitamin C, it is being used up faster than it is being replaced. You are advised to see a health care professional. If a low level virus is the problem, care must be taken not to stop the vitamin C. If drugs or Antibiotics are introduced and the vitamin C is discontinued, the virus could migrate to the brain and death may result.
