Thank you, Beatty57, for your thoughts I used to take large quantities of C when I was in my 20's. I really never thought about the C producing an over load of toxins and poisons. I am taking TwinLab Allergy-C Caps (Buffered (Corn Free) Vitamin C From Sago Palm only 2,250 Mg per day right now and this has not caused me any problem. I will look into Diatomaceous Earth. I am taking a Fulvic Acid product and have noticed improvement in my food sensitivities . Great about your eye sight improving.
