I have. Affected me as the other adaptogens do, feel better for a few days, then nothing, then better if I stop taking it. My doc wants me to do it to increase testosterone (no proof it does), so I wish I could take it consistently, but I stopped. I needed to get to about 1/2 tsp for it to have an effect. More than that and I felt kind of a "tightness" sensation, like if I had taken too many hormones.
