The cure: The following dose can be varied downwards however clinical affect is reduced. If you wish the condition to go away permanently after being cured look for triggers such as sun creams and the big one DIET.
Get yourself a bottle of 5% Lugols.

LUGOL’S 5%: Each VERTICAL drop is about 6.25 mg of iodine/potassium Iodide (2.5 mg iodine, 3.75 mg potassium iodide) and 2 drops is about 12.50 milligrams of iodine/potassium Iodide (5.0 mg iodine, 7.50 mg potassium iodide). LUGOL’S 2%: Slightly less than 1/2 half the above measurements.

Dose 12 drops four times a day = 300mg (75mg per dose)

Get yourself a selinium supplement and take twice a day to minimise iodine hormonal disruption.
