it is hard to measure - i just started taking it yesterday. i am hoping it'll get rid of these little buggers.. i've had a few weird things happen since starting it - a very deep vibration in both of my ears last night, and an upset stomach and aching behing my eyes today. i don't know if these are symptoms of die off, or side effects. we'll see! best of luck to you!!
