Hi,
I completed 120h DF. The breaking was a litte bit more successful.
I must work on my self control very seriously.

Rainy, according to Filonov the faster could practice the following scheme:
Stage 1: 24h DF – 1 week eating
Stage 2: 48h DF - 1 week eating
Stage 3: 72h DF – 1 week eating
Stage 4: 96h DF – 1 week eating
Stage 5: 120DF – getting out of the DF

I don't keep strictly. I am week.
I'll check out what The Fast Doctor is.
