Day 2 is going well. I am mentally and emotionally ready and since I have done it before, I can anticipate tough days. I just realized that I have an engagement to attend in the middle of this month. So I am still considering whether I should do 14 days, stop, and return to an additional 14 days. I will decide once I reach day 10. Thanks for [your] message. Smile.
