I started oil pulling a week ago and I love it. I have noticed how clean my gums look, but now I am noticing a lot of weird pains in my mouth , it is never the same tooth. Just wondering if this is common? Also I am using sesame oil and oregano in the morning and coconut in the evening. I have gum disease and my gums are receding. I am wondering if anyone else felt a weird pain tingling in their mouth and if it will go away. Thank you
