Praziquantel will make you vomit based on the bitter taste alone. Put the pills in gelatin capsules to mask the taste and after taking consume plenty of water and food to wash it down.

The drug alone also has a horrible side effect where you will feel spaced out or dizzy/drowsy after an hour or two.
