it's a good idea not to be too paranoid about it. This will make things worst. If they are talking about then fine if not even better but you can't do nothing about it any way so try not to worry about it. Everything I'm saying I use myself. There will be days when you feel very weak about the problem and others you feel strong and tough to handle it. Pray and keep your head up. At some point a cure will be developed. Until then lets stay strong and encourage each other because, no one understands us better than we do!
