So sorry to hear of your's and Marie's pain, and anyone else's for that matter.

I starting reading a book by the name of "The Divided Mind" by Dr John E. Sarno. I am sure that this is not the cure for everyone, but all other diseases and health issues had been ruled out for me and I was desperate. As I learned the cause of these symptoms I was experiencing, slowly but surely my mind and body began to heal.

I know that this might not be for everyone, but it helped me, and it only cost me $10 for the book from amazon and some serious soul searching and tearful days.

I am for the first time in 33 years anxiety free (well I know how to cope with an attack now), pain free, and I am sleeping at least 6 hours, AMAZING for me!!!
