RubyT - I do coffee enemas and take turmeric and milk thistle. I've always been a "do-it-yourself-er"...never have done pre-established cleanses....I may have to look into the ones you listed, though I'm perfectly happy with what I'm doing....I do like learning more! Thanks!!
