Well I understand that it is hard to believe. You don't have to do the same thing I did, there is hundreds of other ways to try this. And tintin10 I understand that it made you smell worse, because the first month that I tried this my smell did get worse, until I guess it got used to what I was eating. and I loss a little bit of weight I'd guess about 20 pounds.
and yes I have tried rice, but that was before I tried this diet, so I do want to try it. Because there are some people on here who eat rice with their diet which works for them.
