my recent labs (not my choice, the stupid insurance system) were perfectly normal. i take a gram a day.

i had what you had. you have to take at least 100mg of Iodine a day and adjust the thyroid med. it will take a while, depending on your situation. dont forget the proper boron, selenium and salt. hydrate. http://www.watercure2.com
