I don't know if this helps but I once had similar sensations. I had an x-ray and it turned out that I had problems with my gall bladder.
It is worth looking at for mine was diseased and at that time it was removed surgically but nowadays they use keyhole surgery to remove stones etc.or ultrasound (high-frequency sound waves).
I am not saying that you have that problem but it just sounds like it.
