Thanks for the replies. Sorry for the late response. I signed up for email alerts when people respond to this thread but got no emails. Jennifer: that is my only option. 2 weeks ago I was taking 140mgs a day. I'm down to 100mgs as of today. I think that's pretty dam good seeing how long I've been on these evil pills. Next week I hope to be down to 80mgs. I'll follow this thread more frequently. And I will check out that link you posted. Thank you.
