I gather from your post that you have real lower right rib pain and shoulder pain. The shoulder pain for the gallbladder manifests itself at the base of the shoulder blade and sometimes on the top of the shoulder joint. It is worse directly after eating. If you think you have conjestion in the gallbladder then yould should keep going. It isn't uncommon to get a dud flush in terms of seeing stones but it is still eroding the congestion. Just make sure you follow the protocol and in time you will get the results you are working for.
