Wow! How much time do you give yourself in between fasts? The fast doctor does a DF every week. It look like you do the same. I think he said his last anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. I used to think this was too much fasting, but after reading The Fast Doctor I changed my mind. He gets excellent results from fasting that much. He has done this for years. The answer is in the results.
