I started the rope enema protocol today. Did a cleansing enema first. I was able to hold it for 7 mins just water and half a tsp of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Followed by milk enema which was a total failure. I tried it twice, could not even hold a cup of it for even half a minute.And I had bad choking sensation exactly like this Dr. described. I guess I must be full of them that is the reason its not working!
