I understand that it would sound extreme. but no I didn't only eat apples and lemons, I ate it with salad. and you can put lots of salad, lemons, and apples as you want.

yes I was under A LOT of stress and anxiety. I was taking pills when I was in high school for my anxiety, but I stopped because I wanted to try and fight the anxiety and stress on my own. And I didn't want the pills to get in the way of my diet giving me any negative side affects like the birth control pills did, which gave me a stronger "fart smell" or fishy smell to people.
and I don't have leaky gut because I was just constipated, and the problem went away after I used the restroom. AND I did try miralax before and my fecal Body Odor still stayed the same.
