I was on a little mag oil but not for long,as soon as I felt dehydrated I knew to stop mag oil but kept taking mag pills.Im very sensitive to just mag but for some reason I'm fine taking paramin.
My son was on mag oil,his sodium went from very high to 4 .Magnesium is very important but problems arise when it is not balanced with other vitamins and minerals.
