Oh dear! Too late for me. I took the two day dose of Lufenuron three weeks ago. After one day of "die off" symptoms, I felt great. I have really enjoyed freedom from excessive brain fog, bloating & carb cravings. Only time will tell if I get an adverse reaction w/ increased leaky gut.
