Fresh,

I need a little encouragement here. My cleanse goal is 35 days but here on day 10 I really want to quit - for the first time. It's getting more and more difficult to make meals for my kids. it doesn't help that the stress is major with my husband deployed to Afghanistan. YIKES! I keep reminding myself that my tongue isn't even close to pink yet and this is really good for me (APPETITE, sit down! hehe).

Okay, just needed to vent. Thanks for listening.
