Hi Mantfarm ~
The symptoms & pics of tiny worms emerging from your facial skin appear to be a parasitic skin infection called Cutaneous Larva Migrans:

Suggest you try 1-2 cycles of albendazole & ivermectin (minus the antibiotics) in this protocol: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1586882
For topical relief: Apply ivermectin horse paste or mix pour-on cattle ivermectin with diaper rash cream (containing 40% zinc oxide) on affected areas. The paste & liquid are available at farm/animal supply stores online or locally & the diaper cream at drugstores.
Good luck in your battle & keep us posted on your progress!
Cheers ~~ ICU
