What meds are you taking?

Sounds like they take a while to kick in and then give you a good day after taking them the night before. Are you taking them every night or just when you have bad nights?
I guess if you're having a 'good night' and sleep easily you won't take them, so the effect of them is wearing off by the time you wake giving you anxious days?

Sounds like the meds are perhaps causing this yoyo of cycles?

When you say about 'feeling too good' it reminds me of serotonin syndrome, so perhaps these meds you're on have a serotonin upregulation effect? Feeling too good is often a side effect of SSRI's and doctors should tell patients to report feeling 'too good'...due to excess serotonin.
That could cause tingly stomach feelings, with toxicity levels then giving nausea/dizziness.

It's like cocaine, causes a massive rush of serotonin and many people laugh easily/uncontrollably and talk a lot. That 'on' feeling you describe is why people become addicted to it.

I got the same cyclic mood effects when taking GABA and 5HTP...it takes some jiggling around with dosage and when to dose to get an 'even' response in terms of mood stability.
Yet dosing with these things is a band-aid response much like pharma meds, until the cause of imbalance is found...which for me is ovarian/adrenal dysfunction.
