Right now it's as if my glands have lost a lot of equilibrium.

It seems I'm in a cycle. Every other day is good/bad. How?

One night my sleep is full of fear and can barely sleep even with the meds, keep waking up, but then that DAY I'll feel more calm and ok.

That night I'll sleep much better pretty calm, then that day is full of anxiety.

It seems the swings are a little bit smaller than before but it's hard to tell.

But this is the really WEIRD symptom. On my good days I sometimes get hyper and giddy. I feel "too" good. I laugh too much at jokes, I feel hyper and I often feel a strange tingling. Lately when I've laughed at things, I also get a weird tingling in my stomach (I understand that's where neurotransmitters are.) And I almost feel the urge to laugh uncontrollably. If I'm teaching while this happens I am so "on." I'm hilarious and entertaining (I usually am but maybe just like 70% of that.)

I'm on a paleo type diet and starting with Dr Lam's protocol soon.
