II want everyone to know that I have finally conquered this thing. It has been 3 years. Many rounds of meds ,Drs visits, reading and research. Heres how I did it: 8 ozs Kefir every am, Apple cidar vinegar every day in a salad, 1/4 cup of pumkin seeds every day. I gave up on Drs, worrying about cleaning and pharm meds. One month of this routine and they were gone. Did have terrible die off symptoms for awhile. Hopes this helps somebody!
