Unfortunately, this weekend I was really harsh on my throat/mouth from purging. My throat feels like it has been stripped of a layer. There is also drainage.

Anyways, my question is what kind of foods/herbs/products would help heal my throat? I'm trying to stick to alkalizing foods, but is there anything to heal? Aloe plant?
